By optimizing your website and blog posts, where you can allow visitors to leave their opinions or comments easily without any complications involved. Also make sure it is optimized for mobile, as many use mobile and its quicker. Also adding a live chat can add more value to the website and improves customer service and you can receive feedbacks instantly.

Sending emails after purchase is a good way to show that you value what your customer has to say and that you acknowledge them. By sending the email for their review you can get an honest feedback as they feel they are having a one-to-one conversation. Getting their feedback can help you notice where necessary adjustments are needed to be made to improve sales. Polls and surveys can also give you enough data to improve your customer service.

The whole point behind this is to give them a feeling of satisfaction and that their feedback is very valuable to the company.
