Bureau Veritas is the Hiring Training Coordinator for the Abu Dhabi Location!

The training coordinator is responsible to perform the following assignments:
- Handle customer queries and send offers and invitations
- To prepare training logistics including preparing material, room, refreshments, etc.
- Issue training certificates locally and coordinate issuance of certificates from other BV entities
- Issue invoices and follow up the collection process until completion
- Update the account register for open and in house training
- Create and update the yearly training plans
- Handle appropriate stocking and distribution of stationery including manuals, handouts, standards, etc...
- Report monthly internal training
- Dispatch certificates to clients
- Ensure the updated training materials

Technical and professional skills:
- University degree from Business Administration or Secretarial Degree and technical knowledge in ISO and standards
- Good command of terminology and principles of standards
- Good knowledge about the offered training programs
- 5 years of work experience
- Computer literate
