Responsibilities:
Prospecting for potential new clients
Following company procedures and meeting KPI requirements
Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client's criteria
Maintain relationships with Developers
Maintain and expand relationships
Regular contact with purchaser ensuring awareness of current market activity as well as new opportunities
Keep up to date with the market including new developments and changes in regulations
Act as an intermediary between Developers and Purchaser
Client Management
Updating CRM database
Minimum requirements:
At least 1-year experience in residential sales or leasing or off plan sales
Ability to write and speak English fluently and idiomatically
RERA Certified brokers preferred
Valid UAE Driving license and own vehicle
